Build software for people who do not have an IT department
Our customers are plumbers, orthodontists, service managers, and paralegals. They do not read release notes and they do not have time to work around a bad decision. It is the most honest feedback loop in software.
What we offer, specifically
Meaningful equity
Every offer includes it, with a ten-year exercise window so leaving does not cost you what you earned.
Health, fully covered
Medical, dental, and vision at 100% for you and 90% for dependents, from day one.
Remote-friendly, hub-anchored
Work from anywhere in the US. Hubs in San Francisco and Austin, and we fly the team together quarterly.
Time off that gets taken
Four weeks minimum, tracked as a floor rather than a ceiling. Leadership takes it first.
Ride-along program
Every new hire spends two days with a customer, in a truck or at a front desk, in their first month.
Parental leave
Sixteen weeks fully paid for all parents, with a phased return over the following month.
2 positions, 2 teams
If none of these fit but you think you should be here, write to us anyway and tell us what you would work on.
How hiring works here
Three conversations and a paid work sample. No whiteboard algorithms, no eight-round loops, and we tell you where you stand at every step.
- 01Week 1
Intro and craft
Thirty minutes with the hiring manager, then a working conversation about something you have actually built or run.
- 02Week 2
Paid work sample
A scoped project reflecting real work, four to six hours, paid at your market rate. You keep it either way.
- 03Week 2–3
Team and decision
Two conversations with people you would work with daily, then a decision within 48 hours. No silence, no ghosting.
