The guarantee
If your first savings audit doesn’t find savings worth at least 10% of the costs on the accounts you connect, you don’t pay for your first month.
What the audit reads
The audit reads the bank accounts and business cards you choose to connect, with read-only access through Plaid. It looks at the transactions on those accounts and the charges that repeat, and it never moves money. What it reads, and how long we keep it, is set out in the Bank data section of our Privacy Policy.
How the 10% is measured
We add up what the audit finds you could stop paying over a year, at today’s prices: charges you can cancel, plans and seats you can reduce, and fees you can avoid. We compare that with what the connected accounts spent over the same year. Payroll, taxes and money moved between your own accounts are not counted as costs.
The audit report shows both figures, so you can check the result yourself.
How it applies
It covers your first audit and your first paid month, on any plan. If the audit falls short of 10%, we don’t charge that month’s plan price, and if it has already been charged, we refund it in full.
The guarantee depends on what the audit finds, not on what you decide to cancel. Plans stay month to month either way.
