The question every operator asks in week two is the same. What happens when it says something wrong?
The honest answer is that it will, occasionally, and the design goal is not zero errors. It is that no error repeats.
Every answer has a source
When the agent quotes a price, states a policy, or describes a service, the transcript records which document in your Brain produced it. You do not have to guess where a wrong answer came from. You click it, fix the source, and it is corrected across every agent within thirty seconds.
Corrections propagate, they do not queue
There is no retraining cycle and no waiting for a vendor to push an update. If your diagnostic fee changes at 2pm on a Tuesday, you change it, and the next call quotes the new number.
